國內運送
台灣顧客均收NT.80元運費,(除特定商品有例外說明者,則以該說明為準)。
台灣外島地區均收取NT.280元運費。
單筆消費滿NT.3500免運費。
商品於付款完成後約2-5個工作天寄至您指定的地址(例假日除外,預購、訂製等特殊商品則依網頁說明時間出貨,
若遇有商品延貨、缺貨、斷貨、標價錯誤、收貨地點無法送達等情形,NEU!將保留出貨與否的權利)。
 
如何更改送貨地址?
請您立刻來信或來電通知,若貨物已寄出將無法為您更改送貨地址。
 
關於退換貨
除新品瑕疵或寄錯商品之外,其他原因或個人因素所產生的商品退換貨運費皆由消費者自行負擔;

收到您的退換貨商品後,客服人員將立即於您聯繫,處理退換貨事宜。

✔海外顧客均統一收取NT.500元運費。
港澳、大陸地區使用順豐速運
除其他特殊件情形。
其他地區使用中華郵政國際運送,配送不含驗關時間約3個多禮拜
各個國家會因距離而有不同配送時間

商品寄出後會以MAIL方式告知物流單號
以便顧客追蹤物流。
欲將商品寄送至您所指定的地址
須先通過收貨之國家(地區)的海關檢核才能再進行配送。
收貨之國家(地區)的海關會依商品種類及價值核定關稅與附加費用
一旦海關核定需支付進口關稅則需由收貨人
自行支付
收貨人須遵守收貨之國家(地區)的進口規範與限制(違禁品...等),否則相關法律問題將由收貨人自行負責。

您可至我的帳戶『ACCOUNT』→『訂單資料查詢』查詢所有相關訂單之出貨狀況及出貨日期,客服人員會依照實際
狀況不定時修正訂單處理狀況。
 
關於退換貨
關於海外退換貨相關問題,因流程較於繁複,運費金額較高,除新品瑕疵或寄錯商品之外,恕不退換貨。

Domestic Shipping

There is an NT80 shipping charge (excluding certain items)

Shipping to Taiwan’s offshore islands, the shipping fee is 280.Shipping is free on orders of NT 3500 or more.

You should receive your order between 2-5 days after completing payment, except for out of stock or special products.

Under special circumstances (product extension of stock , out of stock , out of stock, the price error , receiving location could not be
 
served and other circumstances ), we reserve the right to ship or not. Can I change the delivery address?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you’d like to change the delivery address. 
 
If we have already shipped your order, we cannot amend the address and will be sent to the original address.
 

Returns

If you have received the wrong products, defective merchandise, or aren’t satisfied with your order, you may return it to:

Upon receipt of your return merchandise , customer service staff will contact you immediately to deal with return issues.

International Customers

Overseas Shipping 
 
There is a flat rate of NT 500 for international orders. 

For customers in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, we ship with SF. All other locations, we will ship with China Post Int’l.

Your orders will be subject to international and local taxes and customs. These fees are to be paid by the customer.

Please be sure that your orders comply with your national and regional laws and customs. We will not be responsible for goods that
 
are considered contraband or illegal in your region.


Order Tracking

Please go to " MY ACCOUNT,“watch list,”then check the shipping status of all orders and shipping dates. We will update the location
 
of orders as we receive them. 


About Returns

Returns are available for foreign orders.If you receive goods and have any problem within 2 days,please email Customer Service
 
(service@neu.tw) or call +886 62216303.

If you are sent the wrong order or defective pieces, please contact Customer Service.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, customer

service staff will then contact you to arrange a replacement shipment.
